RETURN POLICY

GENERAL POLICY

  • We do not provide any exchange, return or refunds.

  • In case you have received a damaged product or incorrect products, it is mandatory to send us relevant pictures.

  • It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/ rejected

  • Once your request is approved, you will have to send us the products and we will dispatch a new one for you.

  • The customer will have to bear the cost of shipping for the second dispatch too.

  • In some exceptional cases, we might issue a refund too.
